2004-12-12 Jason Michael
QFilter, developed by the students and staff of Penn State University, is a utility that acts much like a firewall, as it filters queries to a database.

QFilter was developed by the students and staff of Penn State University.  QFilter acts as a filter for queries, as it inspects incoming queries to a database and determines if a user or client querying the database for information has access privileges to the tables being requested.  As QFilter operates between the user and the database, there is no need to modify the database, itself, in order for QFilter to work.

2008-06-17     Jason Michael
